We currently operate a Bronx cut to length length line which incorporates a 17 roll leveller for panel flat sheets and a ‘Control Techniques’ computer controlled feed roll mechanism for incredible accuracy and squareness.

This line is capable of handling 10 tonne coils up to 1375mm wide and from 0.4mm to 2.00mm thick. All material processed on this line is packed on custom made wooden pallets from high quality timber for safe handling and transportation. It is then wrapped in our waterproof protective steel wrap to guarantee your steel arrives in perfect condition every time.

We have over 30 years experience precision cut blanks and this is certainly and area we specialise in. We employ four industry standard Cincinnati guillotines which feature electronic probes, automated back gauges, for speed and accuracy, and integrated stacking units. We have also recently acquired an Amada ATF fully automated and programmable shearing centre, for unparalleled consistency and accuracy. All our machines are designed to achieve very fine tolerances and are capable of shearing material from 0.4mm to 3mm thick.

In-process inspection ensures we can supply our customers with sheared blanks to precision tolerances and a high quality surface finish. Again the finished product is palletised and wrapped to the highest standard. These machines are incredibly flexible enabling us to supply both large and smaller runs to individual specifications.

For customers with coil feed equipment, we offer precisely slit coil tailored to your exact specifications. Whether you need narrow strips or wider sections, our slitting services ensure consistency and precision, helping to streamline your manufacturing process. By providing custom slit coil, we help reduce material waste and improve efficiency, delivering high-quality steel that meets your needs.
